Charles Eden wins top national award

Beckenham Estate Agents, Charles Eden, have plenty of which to be proud. Against stiff competition from all over the country they have achieved the accolade of being named the Best Single Branch of the Year by The Guild of Property Professionals. Presented annually, the awards are designed to celebrate all that is best in independent estate agency.

The Guild member of the year awards took place at a formal dinner during the Guild two day national conference where firstly, Justin Flanagan Director of Charles Eden stepped forward to accept the award for Best Single Office in the London and South East Region only to discover a few minutes later that this was to be surpassed by Charles Eden winning the overall Best Single Office Nationally.

On receiving the award from Guild Director Bill McClintock, a delighted Justin Flanagan of Charles Eden said: “This award is the finest possible tribute to all the time and effort everyone has put in over the last 12 months to maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.”

The Guild of Property Professionals comprises a national network of offices working together to provide a comprehensive coverage of the market place.
