These partners are vetted by the GPEA to ensure professionalism, integrity and local expertise. It is they who will guide you through the legal processes within that particular country and advise you on local attractions and facilities. The "contact us" facility will enable the local representative to keep you up to date with any suitable properties as well as answering any queries.
Properties advertised in the International section are typically new-build villas or apartments, located on stylish developments. Inspection trips, which are essential before committing, can be organised directly with the local marketing agent.

We are also able to arrange mortgages both for releasing equity from your UK home or raising funds on your foreign purchase so let us know if you need any advice or assistance in this area. For UK mortgages we have a broker in our offices who provides free advice representative of the whole of the market. For overseas we have a very competent broker who can advise you on the deals available.
