Launched a career in Estate Agency in 1984 opening Charles Eden in 1994. Became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1995. Currently sits on the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Property Professionals. Awarded a Diploma in Surveying Practice by the College of Estate Management in 2007. Passed the NFOPP Level 3 Award for Lettings & Management in Dec 2016. He is an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals passing exams in both Sales & Lettings on an ongoing basis as they are updated. He has also passed the latest Enhanced versions of both.

Paul joined Charles Eden as Sales Manager in 2013 having started his Estate Agency career in 1974. He is an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals which requires the passing of exams in both Sales & Lettings on an ongoing basis as they are updated. Paul has a wealth of experience in property both in residential sales as well as land and new homes. Paul is the appointed MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) for Charles Eden ensuring that we conduct the appropriate "Know Your Clients" procedures as outlined in the Anti Money Laundering Legislation.
